Here's another example of an outline.

I. Introduction

II. What is a worship leader?
A. Brief definition
B. Educational requirements
C. Potential earnings

III. Career avenues
A. Church
B. Songwriting
C. Women's events
D. Concerts

IV. A Day in the Life of a Worship Leader
A. Planning for worship services
B. Rehearsing with the band
C. and so on

Now, this is just four divisions. These may end up being more than four paragraphs, depending upon the amount of research you have for each subdivision. Your outline is contingent upon your research. That's why you have been doing research for several weeks. :)
