Heads Up! Here are the Points of Debate!

Below are the five points we will debate. In the 11:00 am class, we will have a "Harris" side and a "Clark" side. (The 1:00 pm class will have a round table discussion over these same points, but since there are not as many of us, it will not be as formal.) Remember the dating definition we will be using.

• DATING is/is not essential for finding the right person.
• DATING does/does not distract a Christian from focusing on God.
• The physical component of DATING is/is not harmful to one's future marriage relationship.
• The temporary aspect of DATING does/does not encourage healthy self-esteem.
• DATING prepares one for marriage or DATING prepares one for divorce.
