Interpreting My Comments

Here is an explanation of some of the proofreading marks that I used on your papers:

WW -- wrong word
NS -- no slang
CS -- comma splice
ROS -- run-on sentence
NAS -- not a sentence
UC -- uppercase
LC -- lowercase

If you have a question about any of my comments, please email or call. I am not scary, and I will be glad to go over it with you!

Please don't forget to have your papers signed. Re-writes are due next week!

I have another question...
Do we get re-graded (if that's even a word...)?

Yes--you get a new, improved grade.
