As promised, here are a few DOs and DON'Ts regarding your upcoming book reviews.
DO provide a general overview of the author’s topic and his main points.
DO communicate the author’s general thesis
DO summarize his important conclusions.
DO choose the points that most interested you. If you think it’s interesting, I probably will, too.
DON’T try to summarize each and every point.
DON’T undermine the author’s character.
DON’T make fun of the book you didn’t like.
If you will follow the handout, I think it is pretty clear what I'm looking for. I will try to check email and the blog today and tomorrow, after that I will not be available. So if you have questions, ask NOW!

Hey Mrs. P! Kay lo here. Okay, now these book reviews that have to be turned in, they're supposed to be in final form correct? not drafts.
Also, is there any word count?
Hey! I've started on my book reviews and I don't know what to do about writing the number of pages. I'm writing the review for I Kissed Dating Goodbye first, and in the book, they don't number the pages after page 219. But page 219 isn't even a main part of the book. It's under "Notes." Just wondering what I'm supposed to write down for number of pages! thanks!
