Students,
Now that you have your journals back (ahhhh....feels good, doesn't it?), go back to the entry where you listed your top ten choices of people to interview. Using that list, I want you to now compose at least three questions you would ask each one of them. Listen up: These need to be good questions, and you may not ask the same questions for each one! There is a reason that you chose these people, right? Now, put on your thinking cap and construct the three questions from each person that you would most like answered. You should have a total of (at least) 30 questions--three questions for each person. Get it? If you are right now heaving a huge sigh of dread, please be informed: This is a writing class. We write.
For your second journal entry, I want you to discuss why you think outlines are so important to Mrs. Powell, and let me know if you see the light yet on how much they can help you, especially with a research paper. This entry should be at least 70 words of good writing.

Thirty questions sounds hard.
Sigh....yes Mrs. P, it does feel good having my journal back. Coming up with that many questions may be a little bit challenging though. I'm about to try to tackle my outline and cited sheet in a little while. Wish me luck!
Thirty questions?! Psft! EZ! I don't care if I can't repeat questions, my 10 choices are so different it doesn't matter. I like the assisgnments this week, Mrs. P!
PS Logan is sad basketball is over...
The end of basketball can be a sad thing...but we still have the banquet to look forward to!
Mrs. P
That is very true, Mrs. P, but the banquet will be nothing compared to playing the game. I do say, though, I can't wait for the banquet.
In unrelated news, I'm very upset right now. I realized that, in my interviews, I never asked my interviewees what kind of personal requirements are required to manage/own a restaurant (angry sigh). I guess I will have to use my memory for this one. Oh well, no one is perfect...
Hey guys! I left a comment earlier but obviously it didn't work. Oh well. I do have to agree with lovizzle this week on the journal entries! EZ!! Not being able to repeat the questions may make it slightly more difficult but all the more fun!
P.S. I don't think kay lo should even have to do this considering her list took up like three pages!!
Lol, I agree with Emily. But I'll be fair. I'll come up with something!
OK, the 30 Qs are tougher than I thought. Still easier than writing 150+ words but still hard.
